Yellowstone Conference
The ’88 Fires: Yellowstone and Beyond is being held in Jackson, Wyoming, 22-27 September 2008. This momentous conference commemorates the 20th anniversary of the 1988 fires in Yellowstone National Park and the northern Rocky Mountain area. This event is presented by the International Association of Wildland Fire in association with the National Park Service 9th Biennial Scientific Conference on the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, with the support of a consortium of partners. Abstracts for presentations and posters are due April 15, 2008.
